Having commenced in the mining industry as an apprentice electrician, his knowledge base has benefited from commissioning and fault-finding of large DC and AC machine installations and is now considered a well rounded Project manager.

From the first AC Dragline in Australia, to smaller shovel overhauls, Richard has a wealth of experience in multi-million dollar projects. Richard has a direct approach to communication on projects, and is eager to continually improve his team’s performance, with continual scrutiny and encouragement. Richard is safety focused with the ability to build and guide high performing construction teams, while also communicating with management, vendors and internal departments to coordinate overall project success.

With 14 years experience in the industry, dual trade qualifications and an electrical engineering degree, Mitch is the go-to man on many projects.

He is an active listener, and his well-considered responses have given Mitch a host of career opportunities throughout the coal industry in Queensland. Mitch has had integral involvement in port equipment and materials handling, coal preparation plants and mobile machinery. His professional overseas experience has further developed his knowledge base in optimum dragline technology. He also held a key role in commissioning the world’s first geared AC dragline.

Mitch is well regarded by his peers, and has demonstrated ability to manage project installation teams, designers and procurement activities.

From dragline construction, shovel overhauls, and train load out installations, Jake has a wealth of experience, knowledge, and an ambition to drive projects to successful completion. His motivation is infectious and uncompromising.
